Appointments may be scheduled during routine business hours. The initial appointment requires completing extensive paperwork before seeing the physician. This process can be expedited by printing and completing the forms found on the Planning A Visit page and bringing them to the office on your initial visit. Please allow approximately three to four hours for your appointment as your initial visit may include testing and/or treatment. Prior to your examination, both eyes will be dilated. For your safety, it is best to plan for someone to drive you home.
Regular parking and handicapped parking are available on the premises.
